Article Processing Charges (APC)

- When to Pay: After acceptance, prior to publication
- Payment Method: Payment details will be provided to authors after manuscript acceptance.
There are no submission or review fees. Authors are required to pay only after their manuscript has been accepted.
What Does the APC Cover?
The APC includes:
- Editorial processing and peer-review management
- Plagiarism screening
- Typesetting and formatting
- DOI assignment via Crossref
- Online hosting and open access availability
- Improved discoverability through academic indexing services
Waiver Policy
The journal offers APC waivers or discounts on a case-by-case basis to support authors with limited financial resources.
Waivers may be granted to:
- Authors from low-income countries (based on World Bank classification)
- Researchers without institutional or grant funding
- Early-career researchers (upon request)
Authors requesting a waiver must submit a formal request during the submission process. All requests are evaluated individually.
Refund Policy
APC payments are non-refundable once the article has been accepted and processed for publication.
Editorial Independence
The payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The peer-review process remains independent, objective, and transparent.
